These Terms of Service govern the services provided by GALIP LLC (doing business as "AI Scale") and your use of https://www.aiscaleapp.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AI Scale provides training and digital content on artificial intelligence and scaling digital businesses. You may register for free live trainings and optionally purchase paid products.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Consent: SMS marketing messages are sent only to people who give express consent by ticking the separate, optional consent checkbox on our registration form. Consent is not a condition of purchase or registration.
Message types: event reminders, promotions, offers, announcements and service notifications.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Rates: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help.
Age requirement: you must be at least 18 years old to use the service and to opt in to SMS.
Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Payment and Refunds

Paid products are digital content and are non-refundable once delivered. Please review the product description before purchasing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials and trademarks on this site belong to GALIP LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our trainings are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific income or result. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
